Lil’ Apple: A New York City Surf Film

I want to say that I have seen a side of New York that not many people get to see. Ever since I started surfing on the east coast, I’ve been exposed to a culture one wouldn’t expect from a place in which the main city is known as the concrete jungle. There’s something special about this.

Over this past run of swell in these parts, some friends and I took off on an adventure to share laughs and catch some good waves. Bringing a camera was a given, however, this time I decided to give film making a shot. And thus, Lil’ Apple was created. Shout out to Nick Bembenek for always showing me a good time in Long Island, as well as our friends Felipe and Josema from Ecuador who we met in the lineup and dragged along for the trip. Til’ The next swell fellas. Enjoy.
